Walking Shoes
Needed new walking shoes for the winter season. Kim was very helpful by fetching 2 sizes from the store and patiently waiting while I tried on both sizes on both feet.

Excellent customer service
Kim was friendly, knowlegeable about the Scarpa boots I was interested in, and patient (I have orthotics so have to try them in each pair of walking boots i try on). I would definitely go back to this branch for footwear in the future.

New waterproof jacket
I visited the store as I needed a new waterproof jacket, as I was looking Stuart came over to help, he asked me questions about what I would be using it for and what fit I would like, he was very patient and after short listing 3 he told me the pros for each and I purchased a OEX one which is perfect.
