Staff are amazing
Becky C and Kyja were lovely and really helpful. I had no clue what I needed and how to use the products I needed. They offered advice and suggestions and ways to save money. Attentive and kind they managed to help a very confused woman. Will definitely be coming back to this store in the future as this was my first time shopping here.

Jungle gear for Costa Rica
Visited the store this morning to buy some lightweight walking boots for a trip to Costa Rica. Karen in the footwear dept was great, really helpful and happy. I got my boots and they are fab…but I also found some great easy wash/dry t-shirts and some 3/4 length trousers…oh, and a lightweight waterproof jacket. That’s me sorted now, all in one shop, no slogging round the town, plus not one thing online! Excellent. I’d give six stars if I could.

Good selection and friendly staff

You should label your shelves properly…
You should label your shelves properly there are price labels with products above them that are not the right product when questioned at the till the supervisor/manager came over he wasn't apologetic he was quite rude, we didn't buy the products due to being treated awful.
