Popped in while visiting. Makala was super helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. We need more people like Makala in retail jobs. The epitome of customer service. Hang on to Makala.

Dawn was great! Super sweet and amazingly helpful even though we didn't know what size we were or what kind of boots to get and she had to run upstairs for us a dozen times. Thank you, Dawn for being so kind to a couple of clueless Americans on our vacation.

Great location right outside the train station with amazing staff! Chris is the man, went the extra mile to get me on the trail. Couldn’t recommend a better shop for your outdoor needs and wants!

Makala was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Staff was great. We were at Inverness store. Makala served us on two occasions and was helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about the products. As a diabetic I am careful with my feet and blood flow and she was able to direct me to the correct socks. When there was not any on the wall she went out of her way to find additional pairs. Great experience. Wish we had the store and Makala in Melbourne Australia

Best shop for a dry robe ever

A minute after picking up two different pairs of walking boots Makala (shop assistant) was there asking if I needed any help. Makala assisted whilst I tried on several different brands in different sizes. I asked for her opinion on different brands for lighter weight pair, offered up some good options and found a pair I was happy with except for colour. Makala offered to ring the larger store and check if they were in stock in a different colour, which they were. Overall fantastic service, friendly and helpful! Thank you

Staff were helpful without being obtrusive.

Went in to look at day bags. Chap came over and asked if I needed any help. When I didn't have any specific questions he left me to browse.

Came back later in the afternoon (having looked in other shops) to buy the bag I'd decided on. Was served by Isla who dealt with this simple transaction nicely and efficiently (with a one-sentence request for a review).
