Was served by Harry in the Inverness store today. They were very helpful bringing out various shoes and sizes for me to try.

Friendly and Professional
Sammy was excellent: she obviously knew her stock and was quick to assess her customer! We used to use this shop when it was Black's and thought highly of it then so it is very reassuring that as Go Outdoors you have maintained your high level of customer service which, of course, reflects well on the management. It was also very reassuring to see a clean shop unlike some nearby competitors' establishments!
