Can not believe I have never been here before

Professional and friendly service.

Just wanted the essentials for a cheap start to fishing again. Dave R Fishing very helpful and good advice

Had really good help from Amy at the Kiddermister store. I was stressing at getting new boots for my work and she swooped in and helped me. Amy totally understood the assignment!

I took my son to buy a fishing rod, we were looked after by Dave R who was really helpful, giving lots of advice and even took time to help him attach the line to the reel. Top bloke!

Looking to buy an electric bike called in on Sunday 26th July, asking the man in bike dept, what the different prices for the same bik were, I was told buy the cheapest. Called back in on Monday and Paul in the department couldn't have been more helpful. Compass Journey £1250. Went to collect on Tuesday and told nobody available until Wednesday to show me bike details. Not a good experience, if it wasn't for Paul I would have gone elsewhere.

I was met at the door by Edric who was very helpful and friendly and guided me to the tents..He later put the tent in the shopping trolley for me as it was a bit too heavy for me, and even came and put it in the car for me.. The lady on the till was friendly and helpful too..

I had to replace some ruined boots quickly and Amy was helpful and patient with me (I have wide feet, so I have to try many shoes to find a pair that fit). The ones she recommended weren’t my first choice but turned out to be really good.

Fantastic customer service. Matthew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and patient. Couldn't thank him enough and the lady at checkout was lovely also. Only praise from me.

Staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable, particularly Amy. She was very helpful and patient whilst our daughters chose riding boots.

I went in looking for a few things. What I wanted was on the shelf but only as a sales model. While looking at it another couple weeks interested in it. Staff members Edric and Tyler didn’t think they’d find one but went and found three. That was followed by excellent help by Charlotte at the tills who found my membership number and added my DDC discount as well. Well done for the assistance and willingness to treat customers well.

Tracey was amazing. We had a body protector fitted for my disabled son she was very kind, professional and helpful.
She was very patient and we didn't feel pressured or rushed.
Would highly recommend.

Was helped with footwear by a lovely member of staff she was really helpful and emphasised with my situation. Then I was helped by a young gentleman with walking poles he had good knowledge and showed me how to alter them. Then the lady Jan who served me at the check out was very efficient , friendly and helpful too. So thank you to you all.

Went in for some fishing accessories which they have a decent selection of, I was served by Lynn, who couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her.

Had to take back a pair of walking shoes that were faulty.
The youg assistant by the name of Charlotte couldn't have been more helpful.
She sent me off to replace them with a new pair and sorted the problem out.
Very pleasant young lady.
Great customer service.
