Returned a pair of Mendl walking shoes due to quality issues. Staff apologetic and replacement/change/refund offered immediately. Eleanor was very helpful.
Tried to find a replacement pair, Robin was very helpful.
Kingston is a great store, well stocked, good location, great team.

Went to store looking for walking boots.
Dale the sales assistant found the size i needed,saw that my hands were full managing my partner in a wheelchair, took my purchase to the till and ensured I was okay negotiating the ramp down . Thank you Dale.

Excellent hiking gear!!
I recently visited the Go Outdoors in Kingston Upon Thames to upgrade my hiking gear and had a fantastic experience. The store is well organised, and the staff really know their stuff - special shout-out to the team (like Robin and Jessica) who are always available for expert advice on technical gear. I picked up a pair of Scarpa Rush TRK GTX boots and I also grabbed some Salomon Merino socks. If you are looking for high quality outdoor gear and staff who actually understand the technical specs, this is the place to go in Kingston. Great value with the Members Card too!
