We visited Go Outdoors Express in…Lancaster
We visited Go Outdoors Express in Lancaster, my husband is no shopper but with the great help of the assistant Simon he purchased walking shoes, shorts and t-shirt! We are not members but Simon explained the system and we now are and will definitely returning to this gem of a shop. So nice to have assistants that are knowable about their goods but not pushy to get a sale. My husband and Simon ended up discussing their love of gardening, lawns and lawnmowers! I won't have any problems getting my husband back into this shop!

Paul and Isaac were really friendly and helpful, giving me enough input to help me understand the range of trousers they had in stock without overdoing it (ie then left me alone to try on things and make a decision). And cheaper than anywhere else I could find to buy Nikwax products!

Excellent customer service.
My local outdoor store (Lancaster) has recently become GoOutdoors. I went to buy Nikwax. The sales advisor P. Saal (I hope I spelt it correctly) helped me join, and even reminded me to use my Blue Light Card. He was so kind and cheerful I left feeling very positive about the rest of my day.
