The two members if staff at your leek store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
One was called Lee and he was from the Macclesfield store and we were glad he was temporarily at leek !! The lady ( who was new to the roke and Lee could gave been more helpful and they are credit to you

Walking shoes purchased
Just popped in for a pair of walking shoes. Very good choice and excellent service. All staff members very friendly and brought some treats out for our little dog.

There are no Tec/breathable base layer…
There are no Tec/breathable base layer clothing...vests...sort or long-sleeved . This is in spite of my many requests in the store from early in the year to the present time !! Each time.. the blame for no stock being put on the area manger not ordering ! or stock not being delivered !
Something needs to change to improve the range of stock. I & others have had to buy our outdoor clothing from other retailers out of Leek...

Happy Feet
Visited the store after my walking boots gave up their last walk. with my soggy feet in toe, Rachel painstakingly went through every pair of waterproof boots they had in my size finding just the rite fit and comfort for my needs. She was witty, patient & very knowledgeable thank you very pleased with my purchase, knowing my next walk my feet will be very happy

Order in shop for delivery there. Arrived within a few days. Bit confusing as kept getting messages from DHL telling when they were delivering, gave impression it was to my address when in fact it was to the shop as expected. Not very clear from the DHL point of view and of little point sending to me! GoOutdoors not an issue.

After visiting the leek store for a new waterproof jacket before a hike on the roaches. We were helped buy Jenny who went through all of the options and advised us on the best products for walking and not getting too hot. She was very informative and knew her stuff. She told us she had worked in the shop since leaving school, you could really tell the passion she has. What a great experience would 100% recommend if in the area
