The staff were helpful in trying to find what I wanted, and did their level best to give satisfaction. It is not their fault that they had not received the particular item I have been looking for. They did manage to find one item, in black. I wanted thre, preferably colours. So it was disappointing, but they are a friendly and helpful group, and they made the exoerience good even so.

Steve was extremely helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the walking shoes I was looking at. Very pleased regarding my purchase that day.

The staff member at team Macc was very helpful by directing me to the winter waterproof long coats on sale then running upstairs to get different sizes for me to try on. Thx The Brasher coat was just what I wanted but I needed to get a size up to fit comfortably.

I visited my local store in Macclesfield , Anders was the assistant that went above and beyond to help me with accessories for a tent I bought in the summer. He was so helpful courteous and i ended up with the bundle of accessories I required . So helpful

Excellent service from Chloe and Sif. Both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and Chloe ensured I could try on shoes and shop in peace by challenging my 7 year old son to go and find all the fish stickers in store. It worked a treat!

Sif helped me out with a waterproof jacket, checked stock online, gave me loads of advice, and ordered the jacket I wanted to be delivered to my home.

It's people like these two who make it worth shopping in store instead of mindlessly scrolling through stuff online with no idea what to look for.

Chloe & Sif were really helpful when buying a new coat and new walking boots. Sif was very knowledgeable when helping me decide onwhat to buy

Was taken directly to the correct location and shown 3 different relevant products - 2 (+) L hydration bladders. Was helped with my selection and with applying my BMC discount. Got what I needed with minimal fuss and saved a few £. All products had a good wide opening for filling. I went for Vango rather than own brand.

I visited Go Outdoors in Macclesfield last week looking for Sealskinz thermal waterproof gloves. The sales people were friendly and most helpful, finding exactly what I wanted online and suggesting free delivery which saved me a return visit. I bought two pairs!

Visited the store today and the young man was super helpful. Giving us options of what dry robes to buy and why and then told us about the club membership to save money.
