Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Whilst looking for a waterproof jacket, we were approached by Staff member Suzanne , who helped us check waterproof details and fit.
This then helped confirm I was making the right choice. She was very polite and friendly and knew about that particular Rab jacket .

Amazing Interaction
Chloe went out of her way to support my son in obtaining a full set of outdoor clothing. She did not overwhelm him with choices, sharing her warmth and humour with him throughout their interaction.

Steph and Ryan were really helpful and took the time to make sure I got what I needed.
Matt I also want to thank so much who has gone above and beyond to help me and my son, who wanted to start fishing. He was kind patient and took the time to make sure we got the right gear that was suitable for my son. We also came back so Matt could show my son how to tie a knot.
