Hidden gem. Needs some tlc.
Staff are and have always been very helpful. Very happy with the service. Choice of products is good but needs to be more reflective of the area it is in. Climbing stuff is desperately needed. The store desperately needs a re fit or some tlc. It hasn’t changed in 20 years.

Praise for Sam. Visited the Reading store today
Visited the Reading store today, was helped by Sam who was very personable and efficient. He has good product knowledge and was able to help me with a hat. Am very pleased as was able to get an exact replacement for the one I had lost.

Sam is a legend my guy
Sam is a legend my guy. He helped me with everything and showed great Knowledge on clothes. I was so amazed by his ability and knowledge to fully understand what I needed he was so amazing and brilliant. An absolutely incredible worker I was so amazed and speechless with his hard work cheers Sam looking forward to shop again even set me up with membership to save prices.
Sam you have my upmost respect I’m going to recommend to my family and friends.
