I don’t know what happened to my order
I ordered a rucksack to take on holiday with a click and collect from Scunthorpe store, when I received the email order confirmation it stated I would receive an email when my item was ready for collection, the email never arrived so I went on my holiday and just as I returned I got notification on a refund. I have no idea if my item ever arrived in store or not. An extremely poor service.

From investigating your order, we can see that the wanted rucksack was in stock and ready for collection at the chosen store, however, you did not receive the email notification to advise this. We understand this meant you were unaware that your order was ready, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. This issue has been raised and is currently being investigated further.
A refund was issued on the 28th of June and should be visible in your account.

I went in to get some la sportiva shoes and carol straight away pointed me to a pair on offer that fit perfect and saved me alot of money she also found me a north face t shirt at 8 pounds.
