Really good assistance, and advice and opinion from shop floor staff and till (Lisa) when trying to decide which, expensive waterproof jacket to buy 😊

My wife took advantage of an offer that GO had for a Peter Storm quilted Jacket for £15.00 and is very pleased with it.

Fred was brilliant, helped be choose the correct hiking boots for my needs, his knowledge was amazing.

Staff were friendly at Sheffield store and prices were reasonable. Nice to be able to see and try on the kit in real life.

Plenty of items to choose from, all prices from cheapest to most expensive depending on what instances will be encountered and what the item needs to be robust enough to cope with it all. The staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful in telling me how to sort out my membership card which had been broken and parts lost so number unreadable.

Lisa is always really friendly and helpful. The store is very well stocked and the staff very knowledgeable.

The two sales people we spoke to in the shop were very friendly and helpful. If they had been the only two people we encountered it would have been a 5* experience. However when we went to pay the experience was poor. The male and female assistants carried on with their conversation and left us waiting for a good 4 or 5 minutes. My husband was really keen on the £170 coat he had chosen or we may have walked out without purchasing.

Visited go outdoors Sheffield today for the fishing department. Was served by Lisa, who I must thank for her patients as she did everything she could and more. Thank you Lisa

Solid, helpful, cheerful staff. The chap on footwear was great, as was the woman who got me to buy Yak Trax and Lisa on the Till.

I purchased a NIKWAX TX.Direct 300 for the second time at first occasion I beleive I was charged £9.00. But in space of few daysthis time I was charged £11.00 but I was persuaded to obtain a membership card together I paid £14.50 including £1.50 discount for being a member. But I found the Decathlon accross the road sells the same product at 500 ml for £8.95.

Amazing service from Lisa at the till, great communication all the time xx Had some really good useful information from 1 of the men on the shop floor, we was asking general information about camping ? He gave us more info on other things such as types of gas for cooking ? Something we had no knowledge of, so all in all a brill shopping experience throughout. I rarely give reviews as I've just not got the time these days, but tday i had too ? Brilliant all the way through, so much appreciated.

Excellent choice of all things outdoors, from clothing, tents, boots, rucksacks, etc. A good selection of sale items as well as member deals. Friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing team - my son had managed to get a strap stuck on his 5 year old Tibet Rucksack- they managed to fix it , and guided me through the Kit requirements for the Duke of Edinburgh award - great quality items (the rucksack is old , but still going strong) and the new kit is great big thanks to Lisa

The staff were excellent yesterday at GoOutdoors Sheffield, very patient, knowledgable and efficient. They enabled me to get exactly what I wanted (sandals and walking-sandals), and at a very good price too! So thanks; Lisa at the check-out counter was extremely competent and efficient.
