Walking Boots
We went to the store looking for walking boots. We were assisted by John. John was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. John recommended walking boots based on our intended environment travels, talking us through the different options. Even managed to find a match for my wife feet.

You can only buy bike of certain days
Went to the store to buy a bike; was told that the bike specialist was not in that day (Thursday) and that I would have to come back on Saturday. They couldn't even tell me if the bike I was looking at came in a medium size. There was a label on the bike saying small.

It is no underestimation to say that Simon gave the best customer service experience in over 40 years of shopping. He assisted, educated and entertained both myself and my young aspiring fisherman friend, Lukas. I cannot speak more highly of this man's professionalism and customer care. Truly an inspiring man. As usual, popped in looking for something specific and found something else completely!
Great staff, who are particularly helpful. I asked Sharon about extra sizes and she explained about ordering on line and free delivery to store, before then going off to find a size in the warehouse.
