Great customer service from Lorna, our camping stools beeped on the way out so we came back in. T shirts we’d purchased were removed from bag while checking for tags. New winter coat and work shoes
Had a great experience today with Meg and Will who helped me pick out a new winter coat and pair of shoes for work. She was very informative about what sort of coat material I should be getting for warmth and water resistance. Sam who I met at the checkouts was also brilliant and friendly. Will be back again soon :).

We visited the store to buy a Rab coat…
We visited the store to buy a Rab coat for my son. Ben was great, gave us great advice on the coat, sizing etc and let my son try on a couple of sizes to get the feel for the coat. Nothing was too much trouble! He also made sure my son had everything else he needed for his trip away and we also purchased a hat and gloves too!
