There was a wide selection of products. The store is well organised with clear signage and labelling. Ben and Lorna were very helpful in assisting me to buy what I wanted.

A warm welcome by staff member Lorna who was polite, engaging, and knowledgeable regarding my purchase of a new Gilet, with a good members discount. The whole shopping experience was excellent from start to finish. Well done Go Outdoors and particularly to Lorna.

Lorna, and Ben, helped my husband to find the best waterproof jacket for walking our dog. Both staff were friendly but not overbearing. Lorna explained the types of waterproof jacket, to enable my husband to make the right choice.

Lorna gave a big welcome as I entered the store.
Provided valuable advice on shoe size and fittings.

Suggested an approriate pair of socks to complement the chosen shoes.

Made the customer feel apprectiated even after the sale.

Had a great experience today with Meg and Will who helped me pick out a new winter coat and pair of shoes for work. She was very informative about what sort of coat material I should be getting for warmth and water resistance. Sam who I met at the checkouts was also brilliant and friendly. Will be back again soon :).

We visited the store to buy a Rab coat for my son. Ben was great, gave us great advice on the coat, sizing etc and let my son try on a couple of sizes to get the feel for the coat. Nothing was too much trouble! He also made sure my son had everything else he needed for his trip away and we also purchased a hat and gloves too!

Not here, I had the pleasure of Rory to talk me through all the options and clearing explaining the pros and cons of each - a well versed member of the team, clearly with knowledge of the products

We were served by Lorna for new walking shoes/boots. She was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable, excellent customer service, as is usual at this branch.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. As I wanted information /availability for a product I spoke to Megan on the telephone on Wednesday and she instantly was able to answer my questions . I then visited the store again on Thursday and was dealt with by"Lorna" an exceptional employee in terms of helpfulness, knowledge and a lovely disposition

Lorna served me ! She was very knowledgeable discussing all my options and the benefits of the £5 card. The item I wanted wasn’t in the store she explained a new delivery was due, advising me to phone the following day. The item I wanted had come in and she set it aside for me, I collected it today . Very pleased she is an asset to the company!
