When I returned 2 new camping chairs to our local Go Outdoors to ask to exchange them for different models, the store manager who served me was incredibly helpful and obliging. He went above & beyond in efficiently processing the exchange and nothing was too much trouble for him. A real knowledgeable and professional asset to your company. What a visit I had to go outdoors on Friday 10th March. I was looking for warm accessories. The customer service I got from staff, especially from Megan was exceptional.
