I had great service from Gavin he was so helpful and knowledgeable. I had a problem finding the correct walking shoes due to a problem with my feet. He made good suggestions and nothing was too much trouble.

The best customer service I’ve had.
I took my mum in who has issues with sizing on shoes, to try and find a suitable fit. I was met by the most amazing Gavin who is so knowledgeable and put my mum at ease. I’m so impressed and can not remember the last time I had customer service like it. He was nothing short of patient and brilliant.

Dropped in as I was passing St. Paul's and remembered I needed a new pair of walking boots before a holiday in a few weeks.

Sean and Evie were fantastic
I was heading out camping last weekend and needed boots and waterproofs and Sean and Evie from the St Paul's branch were so so helpful. Sean popped down when the downstairs section was closed as I'd arrived after work. Evie helped me find other kit and I was able to walk out the store in new boots which served me well last weekend in wet conditions.
