Great Customer Service - would definitely shop here again
Great customer service. Alan and the team were very helpful when it came to finding the correct size for a fleece hoody. Also, Alan was very funny and there was some great banter.

Very helpful
Leilani, Alan and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking stock levels of other stores and just being positively delightful. Came from a decathlon which was such a terrible experience. Go Outdoors was much friendlier and had what we wanted

Gavin was an excellent helper in regards for taking the time to aid me in finding the correct hiking shoes for my upcoming hike. It was really helpful and I would definitely recommend this store based on the experince alone.

Helpful staff
Alan and the store staff were understanding of my requirements and provided helpful advice. My old and trusty backpack clamp had broken a day before our trek. We rushed over to find a replacement to the nearest GoOutdoors on a Sunday. My new backpack has proven to be reliable and comfortable.

Great time finding the right bag
