Went to the Pallion store to find a waterproof coat. Was assisted by Sue who answered all my questions, introduced me to the membership which saved me money overall. Very helpful and pleasant.

Popped in the store today to try both walking shoes and boots.
I was helped by Neil who gave me great advice and answered all of the questions I had. I tried on a range of different shoes and was guided on what the technical differences are between them.
Great help throughout, and I left with a new pair of walking shoes.

Bought a pair of walking boots from Sunderland branch and was helped by Neil who guided me on my sizing and brought out a lot of boots to compare. Found ones just right and they were in the sale too.

Having called the store earlier in the day i spoke to Drew,i enquired about some gloves which i had seen online and asked if the pillion store had them in stock. Drew i understand at the time was working on a different department but put himself out to find out if the gloves in my size and colour were indeed in stock ,after a few minutes on hold Drew informed that he had sourced the gloves and had informed his colleague that I would be picking them up later in the afternoon, sure enough as i arrived in store the gloves had been left with a colleague awaiting my collection exactly as arranged, many thanks Drew,great customer experience.

Absolutely fuming bought two T-shirts before Christmas to pick up from shop ! Never got a email or a text to say they were ready to pick up ! Been in the shop to try and sort it out but they had sent them back so emailed last week to get my money back and still no reply of the company ! Absolute joke I want my money back £30

Went into store today and it was very well stocked and the team super helpful. They have lots of enhanced security (tags, locks etc) however, the team are there in a heartbeat if you want to try it on or get into the fitting room.

Visited the Sunderland branch and to say the service was good is an understatement, from looking for advice on clothing and aqua coats I was really surprised of the level of product information and knowledge which isn't normal in many other stores now , thank you Karen , Shauna and Maddie for a fantastic shopping experience
