Excellent as always
Almost always use Go Outdoors for my gear. Aside from a great selection of kit at decent prices, customer service & backup is always top notch. I returned a pair of boots today which I purchased in April as the footbed had delaminated. Zero issue with a credit against another pair or either the same or different boots. Nicola gave me this survey but two other staff assisted me too. Both excellent. Happy days!

The online order I made didn’t fit so I ordered the correct size and had a refund for the original purchase at the store. The assistant was very friendly and efficient. Even though I had paid by PayPal it was all very smooth. Highly recommended.

Electric bike was ordered, great discount being a member. There was an issue with it about a week after receiving it, but it was returned and booked in. The battery was indeed faulty and replaced, and returned within two working days. Can't say fairer than that - thank you.

Arctic shopping trip
Went looking for equipment for my Norwegian trip next week. Served by Tim who helped me find thick socks, boots and Yaktrax. He had to go to the warehouse and get the Yaktrax from the top shelf and luckily they had my size. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The lady at the checkout was helpful too.
