I use this store pretty regularly for my camping needs and have always found the staff top notch; polite, helpful and friendly. I was there today and was checked out by Holly who was cheerful and very helpful. I’ll be back!

We were served by Holly who was super helpful in helping us find the item we needed. I always experience great service from Go Outdoors Torquay. What a fabulous staff team.

Leon was super helpful, opened a till for us and helped carry to the car. Will shop here again.

Want to say a massive thank you to Leon in the Torquay Store. We bought a replacement tent pole he explained how to replace it and said if we get stuck to pop back in and he would help. We had to pop back as we couldn't work out how to do it. He was so helpful and did it all for us while still helping other customers. Can't give him enough praise

I visited this store in Torquay to buy walking sandals. I was served by Rick and Leon who were both welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. I recommended the store to my neighbour and he visited the next day and was also very happy with the goods and the service

Always a clean and welcoming store. I didn’t need any help, but was there to get some lightweight shorts for these ‘heatwaves’. Found a pair, but boy are the ‘technical’ shorts expensive! Holly served me at the checkout and I didn’t have to queue for long. I’m glad I no longer need to trudge over to Exeter to get to ‘Go Outdoors’.

The staff was very helpful with my experience there. I would highly recommend this shop for camping.

Staff in this store are always so warm, friendly and knowledgeable, it’s always a pleasure to visit and the store is well organised, stocked and tidy.
Holly helped us on this occasion and helped us find what we wanted and ensured my son got his DofE discount. She was really helpful and kind. Faultless service.

Tyler was really helpful!! He helped us carry a large roof tent out to the car and to lift it onto the car before we fitted it ourselves. He stuck around to see if we needed any further help. We’re sure that if he was allowed to help us actually fit it then he definitely would have!! Thanks again :)

I was served by a friendly and helpful assistant. One woman called Penny was vey sweet.

Came in on a tuesday afternoon for some tent pegs, however Holly showed us the berghaus azarah 500 tent, we ended up purchasing as we were well in need of an upgrade and couldnt be more happy!

Always a great experience. Staff very friendly, very knowledgable about the stock and my items and sizes that I want are almost always in store.
Holly on check out today was great and helped us manage a membership card issue (on our part) and also applying a gift voucher. All very seamless and great service from everyone in the store. Thanks.
