Absolutely love my 2 bags, they are exquisite. I had a slight misunderstanding with one of the colours, Gorchic immediately replaced it and were so helpful and really wanted to sort the issue out. I was so impressed, will definitely buy from them again.

Overall, the experience was pretty good. There’s a nice selection of items, and the website is easy to navigate.

Jean sets the standard for what customer service should look like, and I truly wish all customer service representatives would follow that same model. If they did, this company would be nearly unmatched.

i heard great things about about customer service and received the worst service. my package hasn’t moved in over a week (mind you it made it to my city) and the response i got was wait 7 more business days. no look into. no personalization. pretty sure a bot wrote it. so many websites offering better goods and services.

Mixed quality

I ordered a bag with a monogram print and it came crooked. One pair of heels sold out. They issued a refund. I ordered 2 other bags that were nice.

I bought a black Louis Vuitton bag on Gorchic. When the bag arrived, it was the wrong size. It took a bit of back and forth, but Gorchic did right by me and sent the right bag to me. Very happy to have the right bag & that the company stuck by their word to send it.

Updated review: 3 stars because it took so long to arrive and the small bag that came with the purse has the monogram upside down. Otherwise great quality. I will be ordering from them one more time to see if my next experience is better. First review: I placed an order over a month ago and no update on my order since they sent the picture. No response from their customer service! The problems have been emailed and sent via message with no response! Don’t order from them it’s a SCAM!

I was able to find the purse that I was looking for on Gorchic.com. I am very happy with my purchase, I received the package on a timely manner, and it was exactly what was shown and in very good condition. I will be a repeat customer. I am about to place another order.

I’ve recently ordered two separate times from this company (1 black LV Speedy soft 30& a LV OG color Speedy 40) , both bags look great, my Speedy 40 does have one of the teeth on the zipper a little bent which is causing a very very slight snag in the zip and un zipping, as the key for the lock is stuck inside also one of the hooks for strap stays stuck open. Cheap hardware for sure but to be expected. Th shipping updates are a little out of wack, but too way less that 15 days

I just ordered my first purse from Gorchic. I thought i put the wrong address. I emailed them. They reached back out promptly. And fixed my issue. I will be posting another review. As soon as I get my order. But so far I have been super impressed
