I ordered a gym bag from their website. I have bought their products before and it's always been great quality and when I needed a new gym bag I decided to go with a gorilla wear bag. I received the bag with no shoulder strap even though it was supposed to come with one. Ironically the reason I needed a new bag was because the shoulder strap on my last one broke. Anyway, I have emailed gorilla wear several times and attempted to call several times and have got no response from anyone. Their customer service is nonexistent and it is disappointing. I would like to have the shoulder strap that was supposed to come with the bag but it doesn't look like anyone is working there or they just don't care. The bag itself is great but if I knew I wasn't getting a shoulder strap I would have never bought it. I would send it back but I can't get a answer from anyone there to even try and since they don't respond I would probably never get a refund.
UPDATE: 6/12/24 - So I decided to email Gorilla wear from a different email address since they said they never received any of my emails and I finally got a response once I did that. Once I established connection with their customer service they did ship me a brand new bag which I received today and I was pleased with the product. My issue with them was never the quality of what they make as I think it is always excellent. The first bag I received was just in a box with no packaging and may be why it was broken and missing a shoulder strap. Regardless the company made it right for which I am pleased and it does appear the issue with the emails was due to them not getting them from my normal email address which is weird. I ended up using my work email and they were able to get those. I have changed my rating from one star to four. I am not giving five because while the email issue may not have been their fault they still didn't answer any of my calls and their advertised live chat on their website doesn't appear to work so I knocked one star off for that. Otherwise all is good and this experience has made me cautious about ordering from their website again but since they were easy to deal with once I was able to reach them I might would be willing to try again in the future and give them another chance.

I placed an order for a shirt and immediately saw that the size was wrong on the order. I immediately sent an email, within minutes of the order being placed and I even called the customer service number multiple times with no answer. Finally later that night I got an email asking.me.for.me order number even though it was in the original email. The next day I called again multiple times with no answer and emailed again. The next day after that I got another email asking for my order number. Long story short...when I finally got a response, it was via email and I was told that because I had sent multiple emails my request had been reset multiple times and since my package had already been shipped I would ha e to return it, at my own expense, and if the size was available at that time they would ship the new one. I called customer service in North Carolina multiple times and Noone ever answered. The request fir a correction in the size went out less than two minutes after I sent the order. They only responded after the item had been shipped and it was too late to correct it.

Just received the mystery box ordered yesterday.Nice products that I not have yet happily. 2x t-shorts, long sweat pants, short sweat pants, capusion blouse and a Soft shell jacket and wrist band for the training.
My size is 2XL most of the products are perfect fit on the body, shorts are a bit lose.
The blouse myself I find to small for me but my daughter use oversized clothes so she finds it perfect for haar.
So all products find a use.

I ordered the Las Vegas backpack for my son to use for high school. It's well made with many useful and well placed pockets and compartments. I liked that it has a padded compartment for his laptop/iPad. He can also use it for hiking in the summer. Just wish it was a little larger and was available in other colors than just black. But overall we are pleased with it.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from Gorilla Wear concerning an exchange of shoes. It has been over two months since I purchased a pair of shoes directly from their website that were too small for me and I sent back immediately after receiving them. At this moment I feel like they stole my money and kept my shoes because I get no reply to the emails I sent and I have no phone number to contact. They customer service is the worst!
