Communication fantastic but a rough in loading machine
I felt like they were very rough loading the machine onto the dolly. That is why I took photos as they were doing it! Also, my mom walked outside and heard the two men arguing in the truck bed as they were loading and getting ready to pull off, just unprofessional to be arguing in a silent residential community. Communication before and after was fantastic.

Couldn't have gone better.
Great communication for scheduling to pick up the machine. The driver was on time, and very friendly. He took the equipment and it could not have gone more smoothly. We would absolutely use this company again for shipping our office equipment.
