I had an issue with the color of the item purchases. It was not the fault of Grahams of Bath but rather the company that provides the professional photographs of the items. My issue was dealt with quickly and with friendliness. I appreciated that.

Ordered gift for my Wife’s Christmas
Ordered gift for my Wife’s Christmas. It didn’t show. The Team at Grahams were very apologetic. In the end the package arrived in February and Grahams told me to keep for free which was very kind of them!
