Order a bag 3rd of October, yes I did see 3-5 day handling time but come on it’s the 12th October and I had to email to see what was happening as no correspondence since point of sale! When I click the order confirmation email it’s still saying order confirmed and that I will be updated when order on way! David was apologetic at first but when I told him it was for a gift and the occasion was this Friday coming the 14th and I felt id ordered in plenty time? He reiterated the 3-5 day handling time sorry but the 3rd to the 12th is more than 3-5 days.Sorry don’t understand why something from the uk takes so long can get overseas deliveries quicker! Would happily cancel the order but although the tracking says otherwise he insists it has left them🤷♀️
I was refunded in full on the Friday morning and then received the same bag I had ordered for free on the Saturday before lunchtime! This is all I wanted a straight forward transaction! All good now though.
