Worst online casino. There are terms and conditions along with requirements that have to be met so that in the end you never see a dime. Luckily, I only deposited $25. I thought I was playing according to their terms and conditions which included playing through to $1500. I kept winning and winning and played through that requirement. The next step I had to do was only withdraw $180 and of course it was $179 and some change. Then I gave them all the required info to go through a withdrawal which will take 5 days exactly. Then they charge $60 for a wire transfer or $30 for a check. So, I choose the check route well that has a minimum withdrawal of $140 and with the fee I was at $139 and some change. So, I converted coins into a dollar so that I could meet all the above requirements and put in for a deposit request. The next day I woke up to my account wiped clean because you can't do that apparently. I went to chat several times during these encounters to understand every step of the way and their responses are always I'm sorry you're having issues but are Terms and Conditions are clear blah blah blah, nothing can be done, no managers, you don't get your money. DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!!

By redeeming a coupon on top of a positive balance, the terms were broken, which - as per policy - resulted in the voiding of winnings and bonus. These rules are in place to maintain fairness and are available for review prior to redeeming any offer.

I’ve cashed out twice, once for $1700 and once for $900. I got my check in about a week and it cleared my bank in two days. Grande Vegas is another online RTG casino that operates similarly to the others. I use to really like Grande Vegas and I frequented the casino very often as they offered decent bonus codes fairly regularly. The verification requirements and processing time is pretty standard and after verification, I think it was only a few days until I received my winnings via crypto wallet— which is a plus. My biggest tiff and the main reason why I stopped playing there and will never return is because as soon as you win and make a withdrawal, you no longer receive bonus codes. An agent in the 24/7 chat specifically told me “bonus codes are for non-winning players only” and since I’ve already won, “I’m no longer eligible to take advantage of the incentive to come back and win again”. Lol. Which basically felt like they no longer value me as a customer because I made 1 withdrawal.
