The things that company does right are rewards for active depositing players, payouts that are hassle free and good customer service. The only reason I didn't get five stars is because gameplay can sometimes be a little glitchy and it seems to interfere with accurate spinning sometimes but not very often

I claimed a no deposit bonus at Grande Vegas Casino. I cashed out and received my winnings. There was a huge rollover that came with it and also a maximum cash out. You will find these are common among most online gambling sites. I was skeptical to say the least, during the verification process and while waiting for my funds, but to my surprise they did pay out. SCAM/FRAUD
WOW. Never have I ever dealt with a bigger scam and fraud. I had to playthrough over $106,000 because of your scam bonus deposit. It took months of submitting the same documents to get my account verified to be allowed to request a withdrawal. Now I'm being told I am denied any winnings because somewhere in the small print it stated you cannot bet over $10 during the utilization of the deposit bonus received. How in the world would someone get through that playthrough amount with a $10 max bet size? Whoever runs this scam site ought to be locked up for fraud and theft.
I understand the verification process requirements that doesn’t mean you do them well. I feel documents were continually rejected to frustrate and delay the process. The “bonus” options are bogus you push people into thinking they’re getting a good deal with a deposit bonus and then lock their money up and restrict how they can play. It’s a SCAM! DO NOT PLAY HERE! And as for “please contact our support directly” HA!!! I tried that multiple times and if you get someone you don’t get helped you get the same answer. Bottom line requiring a player to spin through $106k before they can withdrawal is insane. And limiting spin size to under $10 during that play through. I stand by review as it is fair and accurate. Much more than how you treated me.
