We had a bad prior experience with a different team member but Devin made this process smooth and explained everything so I would understand it-she is WONDERFUL!

We recently switched to Grange Insurance and were not sure what the customer experience would look like as we had never used them before. However, after recently working with after a tree falling on our house, I can confidently say they’ve been fantastic. Ralph in particular was timely and detailed with his responses. We are thankful for all of the help we have received from Grange so far!

Grange agents were amazing in assisting me through a very difficult, stressful situation. I had the pleasure of working with 2 agents (claudia and nick). Both were incredibly quick to respond and issue payment. Overall, I am honestly amazed at how efficient they were and so grateful for how quickly payments were received. They were truly a lifesaver!

Teresa was so great with my insurance claim when her customer hit my car. She contacted the repair shop, offered a rental and basically made the whole process super easy for me. Great communication and though I don’t use Grange Insurance they and Teresa in particular, were awesome.
