The entire experience was so fast and easy. Matthew was so friendly and professional. He talked with our contractor and listened to him, viewed our pictures and then approved the claim. We didn't have to wait for inspector to come. We called on Thursday and money was in account on the following Tuesday. Grange is lucky to have a knowledgeable and friendly agent like Matthew. He was truly a blessing.

I had a wonderful experience with Mark McCune. He was very helpful and explained the process very thoroughly.
Unfortunately, my dealings with Chris, the Jeweler was not as helpful. He contacted me initially and sent me a picture. I sent 3 emails with more details to Chris and never heard back until today when he asked if I had a picture. I had told him I couldn't find a picture in 1 of the earlier emails.

Dave was prompt, respectful and professional in all of our conversations. He was very easy to work with and made the process smooth!

Speedy way my claim was handled and my constant texting and speedy reply was very much appreciated.

I was impressed with how fast Deron was able to visit and assess things on the same day! He is knowledgable and helped explain things well. This was my first claim I have had to file. His email follow up was also quick and thorough and made the process very easy.

Jeff was the greatest, my house was destroyed by fire and Jeff was so present with handling my claims I lost my boyfriend in the fire and Jeff was totally sympathetic towards the fact I recommend grange insurance to anyone this company cares about the client I know for a fact because I lived it.

We had a hail claim, we we're weary going into it expecting a hassle and a battle. The process was actually super simple. An agent texted us, asked for some photos, sent out an adjuster and a very thorough report & claim followed. We were surprised to see that they were accounting for numerous details that we expected we would have to challenge them for. Ultimately it was as you would wish it would be when unexpected unfortunate events take place.

Working with Grange on our recent roof damage claim was incredibly easy! Jalen K, our claim adjuster, was prompt, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend Jalen and Grange to everyone!
