Took out insurance through haven paid my deposit,realizing that I already had insurance with another company I canceled my insurance with haven/ granite finance only to be told yes I will receive a refund in 7 working days this was over 2 weeks ago, how come when they want payment it has to be immediately but to get a refund it takes weeks,my familyare struggling financially and this company is holdingon to people's moneyfor longer than is necessary, I have made a complaint to th FCA this is unacceptable
