Felt listened too by call handler. Kept informed as to when someone would be likely to get to me. Felt I could call back if I was worried. When Mechanic arrived he was very helpful. Quickly identified the problem and suggested ways of getting it repaired. Temporarily got it started to enable me to get to a garage. Very efficient service from Green Flag

Would appear to be good value for money. Easy to get a quote although a bit confusing for two cars with two main drivers, but did succeed in the end.
Much cheaper to do online versus ringing them.

Simple telephone call to arrange. Helpful agent reinforced the message that there are people you can talk to at difficult times.

Excellent service, app was very easy to use, the technician that came out was not green flag, but him and his company were very good and very polite, would 100% recommend.

I got into my car started up and drove about 2 miles to my local Chemist i then parked up and within a few minutes i was back in my car. turned my ignition key and nothing happened. I tried a few more times but the same thing happened. I rang Greenflag and within a few minutes i was speaking to an agent. Within 30 minutes a Greenflag agent was at my car and within minutes he had diagnosed the problem. That my newly fitted Clutch earthing had come loose. He called the garage who had fitted my new clutch plate a few day earlier to explain what had happened and having explained to them what had happened to my car. The Greenflag agent followed me to the garage to make sure I got there safely. And within 30 minutes at the garage I was on my way home. What a wonderful service from Greenflag. I would recommend Greenflag 100% to any motorist.

Quick service and kept up to date on when the recovery vehicle would arrive. An excellent technician who kept us aware of everything he was doing in checking are car. Then when he verified that the car was still not working properly towed the vehicle to the garage we chose.

I was not told I would not be getting car home with me , could be 4 days !! they don’t do transfers as often as they claim . I was also not expecting to have to claim refund rather than free as a member , It was a puncture I had to pay £350 , I could have called an independent tyre recovery for less and get faster attendance .
