The warm friendly personality of Sue was great. There was no hard sell to purchase the shed and that made me very comfortable. I felt I could ask as many questions and she was very happy to go through
everything . Even helped and gave me many suggestions before I was ready to purchase a shed. Sue is very knowledgeable and good in her role - representing the company very well. A very pleased customer.

Toni at Braehead was amazing, helped us make the right choice and made the whole process simple and fun. Lovely display area with lots to look at and friendly, helpful atmosphere.

Jason at the Staines site was friendly and attentive, we discussed our requirements and he made several recommendations. The whole experience was pleasant and easy and we would happily recommend him and the Staines site to others

Amazing customer service and support

Tony McNulty at the Braehead office was really great to deal with. He made the whole process of choosing and ordering a new Alton greenhouse simple and stress free. Always on hand to answer any of our questions, he followed up on all aspects of the process from recommending third party installers for us and sending through build specifications for things like bricks and bases. Nothing was too much problem for him. His attention to detail was excellent. We always felt we were in a safe pair of hands with him at the helm.

Outstanding treatment throughout my selection, purchase and aftersales service from James Cooze of this company. He could not have been more helpful and gave close attention to the whole process which included getting a greenhouse fitter who came and installed it. What has been particularly appreciated has been James's no quibble action after a problem occurred with the greenhouse almost on the guarantee expiry date - an immediate replacement of the faulty part by return of post. Now that's what I call an excellent service and I thoroughly recommed this company.

I received excellent service from Sue at the Staines site. I needed a replacement greenhouse part for my dad and Sue couldn’t have been more helpful. She took the time to make sure I was ordering exactly the right part and made the whole process very straightforward.

What really stood out was how friendly and efficient she was, and the delivery arrived much quicker than I expected. It’s rare these days to get customer service that’s this helpful and personal.

A big thank you to Sue for going the extra mile – it’s very much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Greenhouse People because of the service I received.

We visited the showroom at Dobbies, Lasswade to pick a greenhouse for our new home. Scott couldn’t have been more helpful in explaining the features of the one we liked, and talking us through the order, delivery and installation process. Delivery was on time and the driver carried all the parcels through to the installation site in our back garden. Scott arranged for Euan from Denham Installations to complete the installation, he did a great job, explained how to operate the vents, windows etc, and tidied up all the packaging for us to make it easy to dispose of, he was really professional and friendly. Now looking forward to get growing!

We visited the braehead site with an idea of the greenhouse we wanted.
Tony not only showed us and explained in great detail our chosen greenhouse he also provided expert ideas on how to use it with many little tips for a successful and enjoyable project.

I ordered a greenhouse online and my experience has been very positive. Delivery went well, thanks to Mark who was quick and efficient. Much appreciated. I contacted Denham Installations to get the greenhouse installed. Euan was friendly, helpful and hardworking. He has done an amazing job and I am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to get an installation done. You won’t be disappointed 10 out of 10 for being outstanding.

The greenhouse it’s self is of good quality however the “ professionals “ building the greenhouse know of the weak points where water rushes in and do nothing about. The corners with a small amount of silicone between the joints and bolts would basically solve the problem.

We bought a Robinson Ranby from Jon at the Ditchling branch of Greenhouse People. He was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable, non pushy and made the purchasing experience very easy. The product itself arrived exactly as requested as did the fitter who built it. Excellent quality and we are delighted.. would most definitely recommend.

Speed shelf arrived damanged . Bent in transit. I sent photos and received a replacement the next day. All done by email. Customer services were very quick with all communications including some pre- order queries.

Sue was really helpful,knowledgeable and extremely polite.
She took time out to explain the delivery process.and what to expect and who to contact if there were any issues with construction.
A very pleasant lady who it was a pleasure to deal with.

The advice from the Greenhouse people, particularly Robert Rawcliffe was very open, honest and friendly. You were never pressured into purchasing.
The site where the greenhouses are situated was well tended and easy to look round. Prices were clear.
Delivery of my greenhouse was very prompt and a list of fitters if needed were given. Cannot wait for it to be assembled and ready to use. Thanks
