Boonies kettle
I bought a Boonies kettle from Greenman Bushcraft and it had 2 massive ugly stickers on it. It spoilt the kettle to be honest and aren't very eco friendly either. When I messaged them about it they just said 'send it back for a refund'. I was thinking that they had sent me the wrong kettle. But anyway.

Thank you for your review. We asked you to return your kettle as you said that you were unhappy with it - but you've not returned it, which we find odd if you're unhappy with it? A paper sticker will not affect it's performance in anyway.
We operate a 'no tolerance' policy when customers are rude, and swearing for no reason, which is why we offered a single option and didn't engage in further dialogue with you.

I was very disappointed
I was very disappointed. I have order with this company years ago and was fantastic but after a few years I decided to buy again and what a disappointment there is no communication with this company anymore I uploaded my Id as requested and no acknowledgement order pending a week later. No reply to emails so you don’t know what’s going on. I had to put in a dispute after no response 7 days later. I use to love this company but it’s got a lot to sort out as it’s gone down hill

This is an excellent site for outdoor enthusiasts, buying gear and tools, learning bushcraft skills and encouraging you to get started. There are items for everyone from novice to experienced, with courses and education available too. Orders are processed quickly and are of good quality. My only complaint is that the items I want prove so popular, they are out of stock!

£50 mystery bushcraft mystery box from greenmanbushcraft
Splashed out on a £50 bushcraft mystery box, bit of a gamble but very pleased with the service and goods I received. A couple of decent knives, good quality ferrocerium rod, some fire lighting kit, camping cookset and more. All brand new and easily came to more than £50 when totalled up. Maybe I was lucky but the gear all seemed well chosen and stuff I'll actually use. So good I did a youtube video review. Makes me tempted to get the £100 mystery box.
