I’d rate negative or one star but you can’t go negative and no one reads one star reviews. DO NOT SHOP with this company. Way overpriced junk with excessive shipping charges. I purchased a $70.00 small rug which fit into a small package and after S&P came just below $100 dollars. The rug was cheap painted thin fabric. Complete rip-off! Avoid like the plague. Tried to contact distributor to return - never received any follow through.

Immediately upon finding this package was delayed, we reproduced product & reshipped asap. Tracking confirms the replacement order was delivered very quickly, so this was resolved as soon as it was brought to our attention.

Complete sham. I ordered hoodie with a Nordic design on both the chest and sleeve. My first surprise was when I received a call from Hong Kong stating that I had to pay duty and extra shipping. I was led to believe this was an American company shipping from the USA. The second surprise was that I received the hoodie with the sleeves backwards. After much stalling I was told that it was a printing error and that they hoped that I would understand. They have since fallen off the map

Answer: This is not true. As we checked U.S. import duty with a courier. Duty is not charged if the value of imported goods is under 800$. And customer order value is 70.7$
The second surprise was that I received the hoodie with the sleeves backwards.

I ordered seat covers 2 months ago and still haven't received anything. When I request an update the send me a link that shows the items are being shipped from CHINA! When I ordered the website made it appear as if the items were coming from Washington state. I never order from China anymore because my items NEVER arrive, no matter what business I order through. Now I can't get anyone to respond to my inquires or to issue me a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY.

1 star is generous! Shoes nothing like described or pictured. Colors all washed out, fit unacceptable. I can buy a better shoe at a dollar store. Oh and most importantly, NO RETURNS!! Get that now, NO RETURNS!! Had I taken the time to read all small print-my fault-I would have never purchased. Who sells any apparel that you cannot return. Made in China junk I actually donated. Total rip-off!!!

SCAM Website.
I ordered a pair of boots from this website as a gift. The website claimed that the boots were "custom made" yet you could not customize a thing on the boots. Not the lace color, not the sole color, not the width; essentially no customization was offered. You were provided a standardized chart with measurements to pick the boot size. The website also shared how many were left in stock in its presentation of the product. Since I informed them of this they have made website updates. They also claimed that the boots were made from eco-friendly leather. Website now updated to say vegan friendly. Once I learned these lies and that my purchase would not come for 3-6 weeks, I requested a refund. It was the next day after the order when I saw the receipt that was provided w/ delivery. They lie in their responses to my request. Make updates to change website so as to hide their blatant lack of truth in advertising. I cannot get my funds back and now pursuing through PAYPAL

Answer: Yes the leather that we use to make the boots are eco-friendly. Leather is made from PU. It is synthetic leather. So it's not made from animals. As you said we updated to say vegan friendly. We did not update anything. The product detail is already there on every boots sale page

Answer: This is not true. The customer made a purchase on 22 Nov and ask for a refund on 26 Nov. We clearly stated that all of our products are made to order. And cancellation period needs to be within 24 hours. And customer break our refund policy
In conclusion. We already processed a full refund to the customer to avoid any arguments and for customer satisfaction. So this was already resolved
