Ordered Xiaomi Mi 8 Global Version. Phone arrived unsealed, firmware was flashed from Chinese version to Global version. Decided to return, opened a case via PayPal. Asked to send back to Hong Kong, despite the phone was sent from Italy... Before sending it to Honk Kong i rang PayPal and asked what happens if seller refuse the item, they assured me i would still receive a refund. OK, sent the item to Honk Kong, parcel was refused, received an email from Fedex that the parcel will be abandoned in 4 days as there is no such address exist. Rang PayPal again, they've started investigation, two days later received an email from them saying that the tracking info is false and that they cant confirm the item was delivered, case closed. No Refund, No phone, spend an extra 50eu for sending back to Honk Kong. BEWARE!!!

Service is always perfect and delivery on time.
The price is in line with the others dealers
I bought many XIAOMI phones and I don't have any issue till now
I'd like to advice Grossoshop to put in place a kind of customers fidelity in order to have more advantages on the price

Great online shop even if you live in the UK... I bought Redmi note 4. came on time. Everything was fine only the tempered glass accessory was broken. I contacted the customer service and they gave me a refund. Which shows the excellence of the company (they could choose not to!!)
Anyway, recommend it to others... Even if you live in the UK!

I had a problem in warranty period and they take care of my smartphone sending to chinese headquarter to repair.
Realizing there was no more mainboard to replace my faulty one , sent me a coupon to buy a new one phone.
Every steps of the process was tracked by mail and tracking codee.

Very good website. They replied fast and they provided a support when I asked for some troubles with the i-phone bought. They organized the return and in two days i was reimbursed. I decided to buy an other phone in the same site

I've bought a brand new Mi 6 from this shop and it was perfectly located for my country (Italy) and working excently. Unfortunately, the phone turned out to be defective (right button ghost clicking), that wasn't their fault. I contacted the store assistance and got a full refund in days. Excellent shop, prices and customer care.

I ordered a phone around 7 days ago with 24h guaranteed shipping out time and didn't receive it yet. i spent 40€ more to have it a little bit sooner but actually i don't see the difference between this site and Chinese websites.
one thing that made me wonder is that you see a giant red text "24h spedizione" on products, but if you order something in this category on Friday, you must wait until Monday to confirm your payment! and no one will rispond to you in these days...come on! today even chinese fake sellers will answer you online 24/7!
next, they send your parcel with the worst shipping method "GLS" ! now it's been 4 days since they finally processed the payment and sent it to me, but still nothing! On the mail they tells you about delivery time takes 24/48h... and now after 4 days tracking my package, i saw a note that says it will be delivered tomorrow (Friday), but if they can't make it , next working day is Monday.
And that's it... the 24h system works like this!
If you want to buy something that exists in China, don't waste your money in case of shipping time. at least chinese tells you that you have to wait 15-30 days for shipping but Grossoshop... you pay more with same result.
Not recommended ever.
