I've bought a Doogee DG900 from them via amazon. Last year they offered it there. What did I get? A phone that worked for two weeks. Okay, that's not good but tolerable and has nothing to do with GrossoShop. But what's happening then is only frustrating. I had to send it back to their centre in Italy. Okay, said and done. Guess what happened? You're right. Nothing. They never informed me about anything, I was the one who contacted them to ask what's happening and when I could see my phone again. I've send it to them in early January.
They bought themselves a lot of time with excuses and how long it'd take to repair a simple phone. I offered them to refund me my money and void the contract so they won't have to deal with it anymore. They never agreed. Instead the soon stopped replying. It was march by now and I was really annoyed buy their behaviour. I've contacted Amazon and their guarantee because they didn't answer anymore. But as soon as I contacted amazon they suddenly awakened and told me the device should be repaired and is on it's way back to me.
Okay, the delivery was fine then. I've got it within a few days via FedEx. And to my personal relief it was working! But not for long. On the same day I found out that one of the old problems was still there: The device kicked out my micro sd card over and over and reconnected it without purpose. And they knew from that error! Though the display now is connected to the device fine (they fixed that) the battery drain is huge now. I've tested the device for a few days and not because I don't like testing it further but it broke again then. The display glass on the back side shattered for no reason, I didn't even drop it and the display doesn't get power anymore so the phone does not work again.
Well done spending nearly 4 months for your 'repairment'.
So I've send it back to them. Of course they didn't replied or anything. I was the one again to contact them and asking them if my phone already arrived on their centre. And yes, they confirmed my phone arrived there. And now you can guess what game we're playing again. They also stated that they'd inform me about anything new but that never held true. So I've send them a message again and got no reply.
Congratulations, GrossoShop, that's how you really disappoint your customers.
Oh, and there's something even more funny. Guess what happens in Italy when you celebrate new year in China? Right, nothing, because they claimed that it's new chear in china and that's why they couldn't repair it in that time span. Are you serious, GrossoShop? My number one 'avoid and never buy there' if you ask me.
Edit: Now after I wrote my review they kindly asked me to delete it. It's getting more and more funny, right? Suddenly the phone is repaired and on it's way home. They promised me to send the tracking number as soon as they send the phone. Guess what? They didn't tell me, I had to ask again. But let's not stick to some minor things. They did ship the phone and I received it yesterday. But hey, guess how the device? Right, it was still broken!
They promised to fix everything I mentioned (and yes, it was not a small list of things that went wrong..) but one of the most crucial things are that the micro sd slot never worked properly. Instead, it threw out the micro sd card everytime and remounts it claiming that it'd be "damaged". Of course it isn't. They knew about the error from the first time I ship it to them. Still they didn't manage to repair it.
I'm done. Really. They disappointed me so much that I just want to get out of this. I told them that I want to have my money back. They can keep their broken device and do what they want with it. I just want back the money I literally paid for NOTHING. Never ever again, GrossoShop. And now their "I don't respond anymore" tactics is going to show off again. Still got no answer. I'll have to take legal actions and warn everyone: I can not recommend ANYONE to buy here.
And the way they react to review just explains why they only get good reviews anymore. If they promise solutions when they remove their bad reviews, it's clear to why they seem to have "good reputation". I have proof for everything, I've talked to them for months via e-mail and I'm really tired of their sassiness.

Now we have some new fun parts! It seems like GrossoShop thinks they can do what they want. After two repairment failures the only thing they want to do is giving me a coupon to let me continue buying stuff from them. Why do they think I want to do that!? After they disappointed me that much I really don't want to be a customer anymore. I just want to be far far away from them. So what did I do? I asked them to refund the money again. According to german law I am valid to do this and I have the law behind me that clearly states they have to refund, especially since they're selling on a german trading plattform (amazon.de where I bought the device). Still they insist on not refunding me. What excuse do they have? They said that after months they don't refund anything, a refund isn't allowed in their policy. What it means: They won't refund and they don't care about law.
Let's see what happens next. I'll take legal actions if they still deny on fulfilling their task as a salesman.
Meanwhile: Never ever buy from GrossoShop. At least that's the lesson I received.
Edit: New information! Grossoshop still refused to refund. They told me they'd give me a coupon if I send the device to them and edit my review here on Trustpilot. I tried to send the device but guess what? Hey, they declined the package and now it's on the way back to me. I never planned on removing anything. I would've given 1 star up if they kept their word. But they didn't. I had to pay for the package of course, there was no retour label. Grossoshop scammed me. Yep, they're a bunch of scammers and I advice everyone to not buy from them. There's little to no customer support yet they even try to put more and more costs at you for literally nothing. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not buy unless you want to get scammed. I lost 195€ and I guess I won't see them back.
Surfing on this website can make you go crazy, in particular if you are Android-addict. Lost of products, good prices and fast replies to messages. I purchased only once here but actually I'm going to buy once again. I would like to test another phone and, why not, a tablet.

It's the first time I've purchased a smartphone on the Internet. Particularly, I would have never expected such a good product and such a good service. I was really worried about delivery because I gave them the address where I work in Ireland but I bought the phone in August when I had to come home for holiday (I'm German)...finally everything was perfect and fine, I got my parcel just before my holiday and I've been enjoying my phone since then!

About 1 month ago I purchased a smartphone OnePlus One, I am British and I live in Milan, Italy, the purchase by DHL with delivery times of 5-7 days working and I receive it regularly after 8 days, very fast! After 5 days of using a cell phone could not update it, I sent an email to their support staff and they responded in 24h by sending an exhaustive procedure by which I solved very well! Staff present and available! Keep it up!

Bought a 4.5 Inch Android 4.2 Quad Core 1.2GHz, 1GB RAM, 4GB ROM Phone, on the 15th of February. No problems with order and it was dispatched quickly. I received it within 5days. The phone cost £89 including postage to the UK. Still working after 2 months of daily use . That said the screen is excellent, dual SIM functionality , fast processor, OS works flawlessly and less than a third of the price you'd pay for a Samsung or Sony with equivalent spec ! I have given the company 5 stars as all went well with my transaction and I am satisfied with the product quality for the price. I did not have a problem so cannot speak for their effectiveness in resolving complaints . I feel confident to order from this company again.
