Bought a Z11 Max on Grossoshop. The order & shipping was carried out without a problem. Notification on delivery status is on a professional level.

The phone had the unlocked bootloader and the correct twrp recovery was already flashed, which made the whole process of installing Combo Rom quite easy. Grossoshop rom was not bad, but i like to experiment.

Never tried 2-year warranty and hopefully i won't have to:) but from what i heard, this is much better handled than by other sellers, who sell chinese phones. So far it's been a great experience with grossoshop. Prices are a bit higher then the competition, but makes sense with this kind od great communication and a 2-year warranty. Can only recommend grossoshop.

I was bought xiaomi mi5 and when its sended to me it was faulty.

But i contact with warranty department and Mike take care for everything.
This guy he was amazing.He was very helpfull and kind.
After i told him my problem about my faulty phone he give me infos how to proceed to replace my phone. And they did it.

I have bought several smartphone (6 in all) and tablets (3 in all) through 2-3 years, for me and some friends and everytime go smooth. I only have one time a problem withs customs. The smartphone remain blocked at italian customs and the company send a new one, that arrive quickly. After more than a month arrive the first smartphone and the company arrange for picking up with no cost for me. After a while (a couple of months more) arrive me invoice for custom clearance. I paid this and grossoshop refund me in 2 days. I think the best european ecommerce for brand like xiaomi or other chinese brands.

I need to order Honor 7 dual sim mobile..is it support English language or have international warranty ?

Really fast shipment if you don't consider that arrive the wrong product.
I ordered a Huawei mate S 64gb and they sent me a Huawei mate 8.
The customer service is just by email - forget all the possibility to contact them through one of the phone number listed on the website.
It took me 10 days to resolve the issue.
No proactive people here - and maybe most important thing - they even didn't apologized for their own mistake.

They offer me two solutions:
1- Close the order with the wrong phone by paying the 30€ difference (???) - I refused to pay for the mistake of others
2- Send me the right phone to other country ( I was on holiday in Italy but I live in Spain ) by paying customs taxes (???)

At the end I managed to receive my refund but I can say for sure that this has been the worst online experience of my whole life.

DON'T BUY HERE.
