3 Dressed Up As A 9

This company used to produce some of the coolest sexiest and classiest clothes and accessories for women, but I don't know what happened? In the past few years, it's been getting a lot more difficult to find anything worth purchasing. Most of the clothes look comparable with what you might find at Walmart or Target, but yet the prices keep going up.
I had to quit shopping there because there is nothing exciting anymore. It used to be my favourite store.

Ordered near enough £300 worth and I can’t use 2 items:

Boots - sent 2 completely different boots! One lace and one leather, then the audacity to offer me a discount. Because I’m y going to stroll round with odd boots on.

£120 pair of boots brought for me by my partner. Wrapped like they are brand new only to open the packaging and the boots have been worn l,they are filthy, even the heel is worn down.

Customer service well - it’s like I am repeating myself over and over to get the point across. Asked to send pics as evidence TWICE. So clearly not looking at what I’m sending.

28 weeks pregnant and Guess have been the most stressful part of it.

I will never shop here again-what a shame because I really thought I had found somewhere where I could some amazing clothes and shoes.

Sort it out: I’ve ordered from low end stores and never have I encountered something like this!

Poor customer service representative

Poor customer service representative. I went to guess in square one missisauga, I went to know about hiring, I was holding my resume in my hand. I was trying to find someone to know about it I saw an adult, I tried to reach him but when he realized I am coming towards him, he walked away, completely ignoring me. I was totally mad and wanted to come out so I turned Then a women I saw earlier whom I was thinking is busy and looking away suddenly said Hi I thought she saw me going away so, is trying to listen from me so, I looked at her but realized she is saying it to the family who just entered in the store and was only 5 steps away from me. I was standing in middle of the family and women but she just totally ignored me. The most heart breaking moment for me.

They didn’t give back my money

Only gave them a one star because I couldn’t give a zero, I ordered a bag from their site a little less than a year ago when it arrived a didn’t like the colours so I returned it and requested a refund the next day, they took the bag but didn’t refund the money. I sent them a bunch of emails but got completely ignored.

I ordered beckie shoes with red trim but the shoes I was sent had no red trim and I contacted customer services and im still waiting on an explanation thats about four weeks ago terrible customer service

AVOID AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING

AVOID GUESS - dress sent with a security tag fixed to it. Had to return and pay for the replacement. Still no refund on the return. Endless emails. Rude service. Rated ZERO for everything. AVOID and spend you money with a company that actually cares.

Do not buy GC watch

I have a Guess Collection 1000+ euros worth watch. It's supposed to be the pride of guess, their best products etc. Its been several years since i bought it and its bracelet has faded so it needs to be changed. Now its getting really bad.... their watches have a special strip and if you want to change it it has to be bought from them. OK I said , bring me one I want to buy it. Oh we don't have any they said, the products warranty is only two years so we do dot produce any parts for that. If you want , they said, we can help you to choose a new watch to buy. What! ? So you buy a product 1000+ worth but the after sales are 0 and you want me to buy again from you ? hahaha... and it would be OK for me if i could by an aftermarket strip but i don't have this choice either cause their idiotic special strip its only guess's production. So DO NOT BUY Guess Collection Watches if you want to keep a watch more than 5 years. I have my own 10 years and now either i have to wear a watch with faded bracelet either i have to put it away in a closet or something and buy another watch. Personally I have many products from guess, sunglasses, bags etc. after this experience I would avoid this brand cause they are not giving the appropriate respect to their costumers nor their products .

Terrible customer service special…

Terrible customer service special Laura. She rude and without knowledge. Terrible experience.
I bought sunglasses from Guess after 8 mounts the frame left the lenses. I complained no answer for 3 weeks so I complained again finally and asked me for proof of pictures, invoice. I did all sent back their apologies for the defected item and nothing else happened. Refund or replacement. I contacted the customer again with Laura who is the worst person in my experience. Terrible service rude personal.
Still no refund..
Never again I but Guess from guess.ie only different websites maybe..Not recommend!!

If I could give 0 I would

If I could give 0 I would. It has been nearly 2 months requesting a refund for a FAULTY item where the logo was upside down. Poor quality. 30 emails and 20 phone calls, promising a refund that never came. They have put the phone down on me, been rude and have requested further bank details - which is illegal. AWFUL SERVICE STAY AWAY!!! GUESS HAVE STOLEN MY ITEM AND MY MONEY!!!

Don’t buy from Guess

Another bad story…bought and paid for a bag 2 December. Chased 3 times to customer service and still no bag and still no response 2 months after. How do I get my money back?! AWFUL!

Order submitted 24th Jan and no tracking 6 days later

My order was submitted and paid on 24th January and as of 30th January its still not here and DHL parcel tracking says no tracking of that number. Wish I had read the reviews here before ordering as they would have not had my business. For an order over £200 and still waiting for it, advice is go elsewhere.
UPDATE 31/1/23:
Thought Id best update my one star review. After posting the review and emailing them through their contact form I promptly received an email from their customer services apologising and saying delivery is 4-8 working days and that this was still within timeframe (ordered 24th Jan enquiry 30th Jan) and that tracking wont be seen until it has arrived in UK. Whether coincidental but later that day I then received the tracking information. Ive had delivery today (31st Jan) with the items ordered and pleased with the product. So despite the worry, thankfully paying on credit card, my items have been received. Somewhat relieved and pleased with result. I "guess" you have to patient!!

A Nightmare Return Process for Low-Quality Products

If regret could take a toll, I'd be at the seventh-day mass by now.

Horrible return process, actually there is no process all professional very low qualified.
I bought it from my account my boyfriend gave to me as Xmas present and it was delivered at his address and name. Can you believe the girl in the phone was insisting the data didn’t match. I was giving her everything and she sad she was hearing a WOMAN voice and the name at her judgement was male she told me she could accept that.. CAN YOU IMAGINE IF I WAS TRANS??? ABSURD!!! When I said it she got quite I could her typing and calling her she didn’t reply to me.. didn’t want to help me.
And all because I want to return a product.
This whole ordeal of returning these low-quality products is a nightmare.
Frustration is building up as we've spent days grappling with different issues – the malfunctioning barcode, rejection of the oversized box, and an ongoing struggle. I need a solution urgently! I refuse to endure the inconvenience of lugging around this heavy box any longer. The return deadline is looming, and I won't subject myself to this humiliation. No more spending on this ordeal; I want my money back, and arrangements need to be made to retrieve this box with the products.

I bought a boots and there are Very tight in the instep, I couldn't walk because of the pain and the company didn't want to change them because I had used them, so how do I know if they are comfortable or not? do not buy anything from this company they do not respond for the product

Do not purchase!

Bought women’s trainers for £80 and they creased after one wear. They are now being sold for £40 so I’m assuming they’ve had many complaints. As it was a gift, I only opened them on my birthday but they were ordered over a month earlier so it’s past the return date. Still waiting to hear back from customer services.

Faulty website for card payment ! Had to use paypal to secure my order ! Stay alert for your card details with them.

It is very dissapointing that this company's website have very poor level of payment facility so remember that as a customer if you try to purchase something on their website with your debit or credit card you will be charged wrongly by the company the order wont go through so better to use paypal for peace of mind because that is only payment method worked properly, otherwise if you risk your debit card and credit card details with them you will get charged wrongly and exactly same thing happend with my case my bank had to refund me the money and bank said this company might try to claim back money again which was charged incorrectly. Thank god that I took screenshot of their faulty website and received my money back but still dispute is in progress to hear from Guess.eu company so dear guess.eu kindly improve your website for better payment facility and don't lie to customers for wrong delivery timings. its my humble request ! my delivery is also pending.

Ordered a bag for my Daughter 2 weeks…

Ordered a bag for my Daughter 2 weeks before Christmas. No bag arrived to date, the tracking number never worked and they have said when it arrives back they will provide a refund. They lie and fail to answer emails and to date, I have received no refund for the bag that was never dispatched. I have just sent another email informing them that I am going to trading standards, only £100 but why should they sell items that they had no intention of providing? I wish I had read the reviews here, my advice don't spend a penny with them.

Guess immediately after this review was posted have refunded the product but of course failed to refund the gift packaging that I paid for.

My advice does not change avoid buying there products directly.

Not even an apology.
