My friend and I used Damien from Halo flights for our trip to Thailand, Vietnam, Bali and Kuala Lumpur. He organised all of our flights plus transfers and hotels which were all great. From the moment I contacted Halo and have been dealing with Damian Smith it has been fantastic. This is the first time we decided to do a big holiday and travel so far. Damien has been extremely helpful, helping me with all my questions, worries and concerns. Nothing seems to much trouble. Before I decided to go with Halo I wad in contact with another company. Damien won me over much a lovely helpful person. He is an asset to your company. I have already given my daughter is details for the planning of her holiday.

Excellent service from our Halo agent Eric who arranged our girls trip to New York. Eric arranged the flights, hotel and transfers. Excellent communication throughout and even managed to get a fantastic room overlooking Times Square.
Eric has also arranged my next trip with my husband and friends to Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia in November and we can't wait.

Shaun at Halo flights arranged our trip to Japan initially for April. Unfortunately the Middle East conflict made the trip unviable. Since then he has gone out of his way to reschedule everything for May using a different route away from the Middle East. His patience and helpful attitude is something that is certainly not always shown by other travel companies. We would whole heartily recommend him and Halo.

Brenda who I was dealing with was warm, patient and very helpful in getting me this deal. I will recommend this company if it continues to be honest and open. Initially, what was disappointing was the deposit which you posted on your ads before even making a deal.

It’s been quite awhile since I used a Travel Agents to book a holiday and was very nervous and anxious but Peter made the whole process seem less.

I had a great experience with my travel agency, especially with my agent Mason. He has been incredibly supportive and understanding, particularly given the situation in the Middle East.
