The gentleman that looked after me, Mason was amazing all the way through. Ensured all details were correct and managed all the times for transfers via bullet train and hotel. Everything was well explained and thought out. Made so much of an excellent experience and some nice touchs to elavate the customer experience. A very friendly person and great to work in partnership with.

I cannot recommend Halo Holidays enough, specifically our amazing agent, Kyra Smith. Kyra didn't just book a trip; she meticulously curated a fantastic holiday with top-tier hotels and seamless transportation.
However, her true expertise shone through when a crisis hit. Just days before our departure, our flight was cancelled due to the regional instability in the Middle East. I was ready to give up and cancel the entire trip, but Kyra refused to let that happen. She spent hours tirelessly searching for alternatives until she found a way to get us there. Thanks to her dedication and hard work, we had an absolutely perfect journey. If you want an agent who truly has your back, ask for Kyra!

I’m not gonna lie was really nervous about scheduling a holiday for my daughter and I to Japan ,after several messages back-and-forth Damian Smith made me feel at ease and comfortable with the planning of what’s to be an amazing holiday. I’m so excited and can’t wait for this adventure of a lifetime. He truly made the process so much easier than I expected and will be forever. I went on holiday to Japan with my son in November 2025. It was one of those, "If we dont go now holidays, we never will." A gentleman called Mason Turner dealt with all the details, from start to finish. His commitment and professionalism, went far beyond what an employee would be expected of. We visited Tokyo, Mount Fuji, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima. He also gave us two free excursions in the deal. The price was extremely competitive, as we had taxis for transfers, and Shinkansen between city's. In Japan expensive ad ons, but he got great prices for us. It was the once in a lifetime holiday, that I really am thinking of repeating again. Thank you Mason and Halo.
