I recently had an issue with the shipment of an antenna order from ML&S due to problems with the original shipping carrier, which was unable to deliver the package to my address.

Once ML&S became aware of the situation, they resent my order via DHL, and the package arrived promptly and without any issues. I truly appreciate their diligence, professionalism, and commitment to resolving the matter.

Send Transceiver for check-up and service from Ireland , everything went so smooth and easy. Mostly dealing with Kim White, great and very nice and helpful person. Great communication with service guys as well.

I wanted to leave a more detailed review for ML&S. I recently purchased a small radio for use in the country and from my car. Unfortunately, it suffered a catastrophic failure. You know, hams are hams, we can mess about with stuff and we can make mistakes - However ML&S repaired my radio under warranty so quickly and efficiently - I barely had time to miss it being gone. The team is exceptional. Well done Tony, John, Mark, et al.
