Ordered a Christmas Eve box, great craftsmanship, my kid will love it! Makes Christmas Eve even more special

I have used THCC every year for a few years for all our personalised Christmas needs. All the children in my family or friends get their Christmas Eve boxes. Well made, gorgeous markings and even better they are personalised. I recommend this company to everyone. They have brilliant customer service and the quality of everything is so high.

The bauble was lovely, but the online shop was clunky, hence a 4 not a 5. I ended up with 2 of the same (thinking my first purchase hadn't gone through) which, given it was personalised, I couldn't return. So now I have 2 with my granddaughter's name on it! Never mind!

This is the 6th Christmas sack I’ve bought from the company and every one has been fabulous quality and perfect for use year after year! The postage took a little longer this year but I understand it’s such a busy time! Wonderful items and invaluable for keeping everyone’s gifts separate!

The Handmade Christmas Company were superb. The items they made for us were lovely but one stocking has the hanging loop on the wrong side. I contacted them and the immediate response was that a replacement had already been shipped. I’d highly recommend these guys - lovely Christmas stuff and fantastic customer service - you can’t beat that.
