Don’t buy from this company… con artist lies and cheat….? By the look of it, what they did to me.. are doing to others too.. ordered a fan for my boiler that was making a noise. Sent back, then they told Amazon I sent wrong part back so they don’t have to refund… rubbish lies
… stay away from them

Don’t try and turn it around by saying I ordered the wrong parts.

Liars and Cheats.
Purchased a fan online described as new. Unpacked item to find it has been used.
Contacted seller to be told if you want the new, new unused one it’s £50 more.
They obviously have their own definition of new.

You’ve got some front leaving that reply knowing full well I ordered the correct item.
You’re just a bunch of con merchants trying it on

If you need a replacement for a failed cm 921 Honeywell wireless thermostat, this is the one to buy.
Just take it out of the box and follow the instruction video to pair it with your receiver and job done.

Browsing for a GENUINE Honeywell mid-position valve for my central heating, I found Hanicks on OnBuy. Lowest price for the genuine article and offering next-day delivery. Seemed too good to miss. Valve arrived next day as promised; genuine Honeywell and fitted exactly where the old one was removed. Brilliant service – Thanks! Old valve gave us 36 years service – hope this does just as well!

I tried everywhere to obtain an obsolete part. Finally I found the part at Hanicks. Chris was very helpful and put the only one in stock to one side, whilst I placed the order. It arrived next day, was easy to fit, and now after several attempts by the Boiler service engineer (35 years servicing my boiler) I have managed to get the boiler working myself. Purchased a Honeywell zone valve of Amazon, despite having a Honeywell sticker on the valve head it’s definitely fake.

Needed a replacement wireless thermostat for the boiler. Hanicks supplied it next day at a competitive price AND had a YouTube video showing how to install it easily without the need for an expensive engineer call-out.

Speedy. Unit in an excellent condition with all the relevant documentation.

The display on my 10 year old programmable thermostat was only displaying part of the temperature & continued to do so after replacing the batteries so I decided that the time had come to replace it. I found a replacement on Amazon at Hanicks, ordered it and was amazed at the speed of delivery. It arrived a day earlier than promised.
I'm unable to comment on the quality of the replacement because, before it arrived, the existing unit decided to start working correctly again but I now have the security of a ready replacement should it become necessary

Shortly after writing the original review the old controller again failed. Using the excellent on-line guide notes I was able to sit near the boiler & "pair" the new controller to the existing receiver and am happy to say that it is working perfectly.
