Ordered a motorised zone valve at a very competitive price and it arrived next day. Post office is the best way to get parcels to the Scottish Highlands - so many businesses these day charge extra to our location and use couriers that are at least one day slower that the post office.

Ordered a bronze water circulation pump for next day delivery.
Two days later it turns up incorrect.
Asked for a replacement and return within an hour of receiving wrong pump.
Still waiting for my refund of £150.00
Refusing to answer any questions.
Had buy another pump elsewhere (B.E.)
Disgusting customer service rude staff who are condescending as well as dishonest.

My order of a drain unblocker came the next day as expected.

I ordered parts for my broken down Gas boiler.
