An item which is for weeks available on the website was purchased twice. Both times got back the money with Email that the item is not available.
Still, it's not removed from the available items on website.

Hardloop's website clearly states that prices are inclusive of duties and taxes. However, as DPD refused to deliver my order until I had paid duty and VAT charges, I did pay these costs due to the fact that another page on Hardloop's website relating to Brexit stated, "We undertake to refund the initial VAT if you send us the proof of payment. "
After submitting proof of payment to Hardloop, they initially said that I would need to return the goods to them in order for them to reimburse the VAT costs to me.
I duly returned the goods, as instructed, but Hardloop have refused to reimburse me for the VAT that I have paid, stating that I will need to submit a reimbursement claim via HMRC.
Of course, HMRC have requested information that was not provided to me, and so I am unable to submit my claim, meaning that I am out of pocket by nearly £45.00 and I don't even have any goods to show for it!
With all the back and forth of trying to resolve this with Hardloop, they have abdicated all responsibility, which shows that they are an untrustworthy company to say the least!
In the meantime, I was able to purchase the same items and return the incorrectly sized goods from another non-UK based website without all of the hassle with duty and VAT charges.
If your delivery address is outside of France, be prepared to lose money!

I can’t say enough good things about the collaboration and service from Sanne and her colleagues at Hardloop in Chambéry! From start to finish, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
If something with a received product wasn’t exactly as expected, the customer service team stepped in immediately and resolved it quickly and smoothly — always leaving you with a really good feeling. Their communication is clear, friendly, and solution-oriented, which makes a huge difference.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife as a Christmas present on November 29. The shoes were supposed to be shipped from Hardloop’s warehouse in France to Germany. When I placed the order, I was informed that they would arrive within 3–4 days.
Now, 10 days later, the shoes still haven’t been delivered, despite repeated calls to Hardloop’s customer service. Every single time I speak to them, they tell me they will personally take care of the case – but NOTHING happens.
I have rarely experienced such a frustrating process after placing a simple online order. We can quite easily send people to the moon, and cars are now almost able to drive themselves, but Hardloop is apparently unable to perform the simple task of moving a product from France to Germany.
So my recommendation is this: if you’re looking for a product and you find it at Hardloop, keep looking – so you don’t end up with the same massive disappointment as I have.

So you’ve had my money , sold an item you don’t have and I’ve had to chase ?
That’s really not fair guys , and now I’ve got a pair of POC goggles which are useless as I don’t have the helmet !
This should be illegal , don’t offer items you don’t have ! And hold my money and also no I don’t have a helmet for my trip mountain biking . Disgraceful

I really like the product and delivery service. Price was great and platform easy to use. I do not give them a 5 because I am waiting to hear from a return I had to process. It has been almost a week, but I have no news about it.
Quik update: They got my package back and they are processing the reimbursement. Moving from 4 to 5 stars...

I placed an order from here in the UK for 2 pairs of Ski Goggles with Hardloop in mid-November and was given a delivery window for late November.
On the expected delivery date, I received an email saying there was a “slight delay” and that the items would arrive at their warehouse within a few days.
It’s now early December, and I still haven’t received my order or any update. I contacted customer service via their online form and received only an automated acknowledgment with no follow-up since. I also tried calling the customer service number as advised by PayPal, but it just plays an automated message and rings out.
This level of service is shockingly poor. There has been no communication, no proactive update, and no resolution offered.
Very disappointing experience — I won’t be ordering from Hardloop again.

Usually it works without any troubles, but this time i had some delays because of the transport company, and Hardloop customer support helped me a lot! With timely updates and great communication, i was always aware of what's happening and didn't feel left alone.
So can only recommend!

Terrible customer service — months of waiting, almost no replies, and still no proper solution. Definitely not what you’d expect after spending this much.
Didnt awnser for 2(!!!) had to remind them. The whole thing already took 5 months. No excuses whatsoever.
