- My order of October 5 had an estimated delivery of October 15; on October 20 it wasn’t arrived yet
- I called and the Hardloop team finally shipped it.. delivered on October 22 but on a different collection point (really far from my house) - big thanks to the person I had on the phone for the kindness and efficiency :)
- Unfortunately by the time I get to the pick up point a couple of days later, they tell me that my package was shipped back because « it couldn’t be delivered »

I don’t recommend buying from this store. Be aware that there’s a strong possibility you won’t receive your items on time and may need to put in extra effort yourself to receive anything.
My buying experience with this French retailer delivering items to Finland:
* Ordered a pair of shoes on the 5th of October.
* Their promise was to deliver within 4–6 days.
* No communication from the shop, so on the 14th of October I reached out via email requesting an order update.
* No reply to my email, but on the 17th of October I received an automatic notification that my order had finally been processed and shipped – a strong indication that nothing happens if you don't pressure them, yes?
* A day later, the courier service confirmed they had received the parcel.
* On the 18th of October, customer service replied to my email – providing only a tracking code, without any apology or explanation.
* Finally received the package on the 24th of October delivered to the wrong post box across the city.
Nothing positive to say really, so I’m being generous with my extra review star here.

AVOID AT ALL COST
Iordered one jacket, it was too big so I returned, I am still waiting on a refund of a previous item (over 300EURO refund) which has not been acknowledged or processed in 10 days.
I had faith at the time, so re-ordered the smaller size. I have had an order 'out for delivery' for 4 days. No ability to track it - last seen in France and meant to be delivered in Denmark. In the postnord app it says it is still in France and to contact the sender.
Have emailed Hardloop 3 times, no reply, and been on hold twice and noone answers the phone.
I am almost 800EURO out of pocket - with no jacket and no refund on the way.
Is this company a complete scam?

Order number: HGBOHNGXI Ordered a coat over two weeks ago due last week. No email to confirm dispatch. No communication from customer services. Had to escalate and open a case with PayPal as received no correspondence. Unacceptable this jacket cost £120. Beware!
This is no good now it’s far too late. We asked for a refund and we have already purchased a new coat. The order was initially placed on the 30th of August nearly three weeks ago and you were very slow to respond to our emails. A delivery should not take this long. Your website states three- five days.
We expect at least a partial refund for this massive inconvenience should the order ever arrive!

Great customer support
From what I understood there was a stock mistake on their end when I passed my order but they did everything on their end to fix it before I had the time to blink and I received my order timely with the items I paid for. I loved the transparency and resolution without having to ask for anything.

Customer service after buying a product…
Customer service after buying a product is non existing. Their phone number doesn't work and they never answer the emails/online forms. I didn't receive the ordered product and the only way I could get my money back was to contact PayPal as Hardloop would never answer. To avoid!
