I ordered an item from the website. Delivery was promised by the 7th or the 8th of August. This is for a specific trip that I’m taking in the next few days. The telephone number available is just a recorded message. The site just says they’re too busy, and there’s been no response to the email I sent. I’m really frustrated — this is terrible service. Are they in financial trouble?

I have ordered many times from Hardloop and never had an issue, but this last time things did not go well.
I ordered on 11/07 and received my order incomplete almost 3 weeks later.
Today 06/08 still have not received my item.

I purchased these shoes specifically for a hiking trip in Iceland, and I'm extremely disappointed with their quality. The shoes began to fall apart almost immediately, particularly the textile fabric, which started tearing after just a couple of days of use.
I contacted the manufacturer to file a warranty claim, but they refused to take responsibility and told me to contact the retailer. The retailer, in turn, was unhelpful and dismissed my complaint.
It is unacceptable to sell hiking shoes that only last for a few days. The build quality is abysmal, and the lack of support from both the manufacturer and the retailer is frustrating. I would not recommend this product or brand to anyone.
The store simply does not publish my review on its website.

I ordered phantom shoes, rain jacket and fleece. The order should’ve arrived already. Nothing came and 650 € is gone. 2 weeks of waiting and lost money. I don’t recommend ordering from this website.

I ordered a Tilley hat on Friday 27th June and it was due to arrive in La Rochelle Post Office between 30th June and 7th July. I did not get an email saying it had been sent and it did not arrive before the 7th July.

My advice, do not buy at this webshop. I ordered more then a month ago and my parcel was not delivered at the shop.
After I traced incorrect track and trace no., visting the shop twice and endless mails with what seems like a robot: no shoes, no money.

I should have listened about the bad reviews about the delivery time. The average of 4.3 seemed good and that's why I ordered, I thought my package will come in time.....but it didn't.
After ordering, I was already wondering not to receive a delivery confirmation in the days after the order. So I reached out - the customer service is also hard to reach. My E-Mails have been answered after like 4-5 days and good luck with calling them.
After a few days of my order I received an Email, telling me the delivery will be late and it would take up to two weeks after my order. When we reached this day I still didn't had a confirmation for the delivery, so I called. When I finally got someone on the phone, they told me, they don't have the shoe in stock and they ordered it from Puma, but it didn't arrive yet.
What kind of business model is this? Why are you claiming on your website to have the shoe in stock, even though you don't have it in stock ?!?!!
That is so frustrating. I received another E-Mail, kinda telling me the same again and asking if I want a refund.
It's like they don't even want to sell the shoe now. Like, I just want the shoe and a reliable info when I receive it.
After a month now I am asking for a refund. Let's see how long this will take..
So, if you read this, listen to all the negative reviews and don't order if you need it in the next 2 months. I guess it's fine if you just need it in the next 3-6 months.

I bought hiking boots from Hardloop. I found the whole buying process very easy, and they let me know that the boots had been delayed by a day or two and when they were on their way. They use a decent delivery company, which always helps! The boots were well packed, exactly as described and a very competitive price. Had they not fitted free return was available. Altogether a very good, efficient transaction. Thank you to all involved.

They sent me the wrong item and it took about 2 weeks for the issue to be resolved due to poor communication. I was not compensated in any way and wasn't even offered fast shipping of the correct item after being ignored for 4 days. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed, my trip is ruined as I still have not received my jacket (which was ordered 17 days ago...)!! I will quite frankly never be using this website again (would not recommend it to anyone either). The only reason i am giving 2 instead of 1 star is because the staff member was polite and and had a good level of english.

Quick delivery, item wasn't as described but return was easy. It took a while to get a refund but after contacting customer service my refund was processed same day. I still would recommend company and order again.
