Winning the battle!
Never had to claim with them but the portal is so easy to use for an older gent like myself.They are so competitive in prices and even on comparison sites they stood out as great value.The inclusion of legal protection, breakdown cover.windscreen damage etc in the price without having to add it on and watch the price soar was so refreshing.What you see is what you pay.My 3rd year with them and I did shop around but I couldn't do better.Highly recommend.

They offered an outstanding price compared to my previous insurer Admiral, who consecutively raised prises every year. I opted for the insurance with the monitoring system which was super easy to install and actually makes me think about my driving which is not a bad thing. Kudos to Hastings..

How can you treat your customers bye …
How can you treat your customers bye blackmailing them by not explaining to them you must except the tracking device to get a lower price even though your customer is over fivthy years old with years of experience. And when that's customers don't use them at sort notice you cancel there insurance putting them in dispear. There for I would not use you again or any other time .

Thanks for your review, we’re very sorry to read about the cancellation of your policy.
A YouDrive policy is slightly different to a standard car insurance product, and we appreciate that it’s not for everyone. We make sure our terms and conditions are clearly stated before you buy a policy online. This includes the need to share your driving data with us through the app by driving the vehicle. If the vehicle is not going to driven for an extended period of time or the app cannot be paired to the box within the required time frame, the Telematics team will need to be informed by the policyholder before the notification of cancellation is sent.
Documents and emails would have been sent days in advance of the cancellation explaining why the policy was being cancelled and when this would be done. I regret if these weren't seen and that it led to the cancellation of the policy.
I appreciate the frustration that this couldn't be reinstated and I hope you are able to find suitable cover for your vehicle soon. ~Theo, Social Media Team

Easy to set up, good price and dashboard only downside was to add another car I was forced to do another quote and purchase second insurance will be much easy to apply second car to same policy
