1st class service

Lovely delicate slippers. Bought them at one of their shops near London. No issues, good quality and comfortable so far. Most reviews seem to just be people moaning about sizes and delivery. If that's an issue just buy your shoes in store or find out company return policy before buying. Also find out where they ship it from, before winging about delays.
As always people will only review when they have something to moan about.

Really bad quality flipflops! Broke after a couple of months. Bad customer service from Havaianas. I will never buy them again!

I ordered three pairs of flip flops from Havaianas's website. I know they use Brazilian sizing so I used their sizing tool to ensure I selected exactly the right size. I’m a UK 6 and their sizing tool advised me to buy a size 39-40. Seeing as a European size 39 is a UK 6, I figured that made sense. It doesn’t!!! Be warned!!!

Havaianas sent me three pairs of flips flops with Brazilian size 39-40 – that’s a whole size bigger! The Brazilian equivalent to a UK size 6 is a 37. Clearly, their website sizing tool is advising customers on European sizing, while their online shop and warehouse is working on Brazilian sizing. How rubbish is that? That must have such a problem with people buying the wrong sizes.

When I contacted customer services to tell them about their error, they said they hadn’t sent the wrong size - they said the size I selected was Brazilian. When I said to them that their sizing tool must be wrong then, they still wouldn’t accept any responsibility for the error. They certainly didn’t feel they should pay for the return postage - all they offered was free postage if I ordered again, which I said if they don’t give me prepaid postage I’m not going to be ordering from them ever again.

Terrible website and awful service. They've completely lost a customer here and I’m going to be reporting them to Trading Standards too.

I have tried to place an order several times, it gave me an error on the final steps. I haven't received any email and much to my surprise when I checked my PayPal it was there, repeatedly. So now I have the same product ordered 3x. I didn't do the final authorization! Then even the customer service email gives an error, zero customer service in my country. And if I want to return it I need to pay 4.99(3x), for an error from the website!!! This website is a total trap. Avoid it at all costs. Buy havaianas in other websites, the product itself is great I have been a client for years and years, never in brand website itself.

I placed my order on a Tuesday, and my sandals were delivered to my apartment in New York on the following Friday afternoon in perfect condition, and in time for me trip to the west coast!!!

I havent received the order i placed in november. It was a black friday deal and since then i cant get in touch with them. I send multiple mails and phoned them...but nothing.

Awful Awful Awful- avoid at all cost. Shoes came really ugly and there is no returns note. Not only they make it super difficult to find out how to return goods, but also want to deduct money. And you can only talk with stupid substandard chatbot which is not user friendly at all. Such a scam. I will never ever buy havaianas again. Awful customer service, overpriced ugly shoe, rubbish company! And I ordered from the official website. Appaling experience.

I’ve been waiting since the 17th December for my item.

If I knew that my order was coming from the Netherlands then I wouldn’t have purchased these being as these were bought for someone’s Christmas present.
Have been in contact with customer service and all their reply is “Thank you for choosing Havaianas!
We have seen that your order is delayed and we will give you an update in the next few days”

Today it’s 19 days since my order, I know we’ve had Christmas and New Year in between but it would be nice if they kept you up to date.

Would never purchase anything from them again.

Sent the wrong sizes and charged me to return the order. customer services is operated by one person who refused to answer my questions or let me submit a new order whilst honouring the original price paid. Very poor service all round.

Very poor quality. The flip flops break after less than one year without reason (2 pairs broken after 8 months wearing them only in the morning and inside the house, very carefully). The vendors in the shop of Plaça Catalunya (Barcelona) are very rude (laughing in your face under their mask and then being mad at you when you ask them why they laugh, removing their masks inside the shop). I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone, a robbery ! Worse customer service and quality ever !!

Sorry to buck the trend but we’ve just received exactly what we ordered and delivered in really good time, even with it being a Black Friday deal. We were worried after reading all the bad reviews but, I must say, absolutely first class service…would definitely recommend 👍👍👍

Would give 0 if I could. Poor service, totally inflexible, couldn't care less about customer issues. NEVER AGAIN!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a size 6-7 and they are ridiculously small I would say size 4-5 at best. i now have to pay for a return. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS

The company won’t provide customers with a return label. I’ve been attempting to get a label for over 10 days. Their return process is ambiguous and unnecessarily tedious. Had a very negative experience with an order a few years ago and they still haven’t improved. Will never order online again. To much hassle.

very similar to others....the product I like, but sizing is a big issue...the online store size guide clearly says for EU 41/42 order Havaianas size 41/42. I did and they sent me EU 43/44, which are ridiculously huge. After initial, return and reorder postage it simply isn't worth it, may as well throw away...they know they have a problem, it's a 10 minute coding fix on the website, but they'd rather we all just keep paying for it. Not good enough, don't use.

I agree with all the negative feedback. I ordered one pair of flip flops 12 days ago. The only tracking I can find says they have been delivered. No they haven’t!!
Like other reviewers, I can’t get through on the phone, it just plays music? The site won’t let me send an email and the live chat, is a joke. She said she doesn’t understand what I’m talking about 😱
I told her to get stuffed.
They charged me £4 shipping.
Don’t have anything to do with this company, they stink.

Nearly 10 days and order not arrived. Awful customer service - guy with poor english said order is delayed and no idea when it will arrive, should be by end of week. This will be 2 weeks since order. No remorse and not concerned for bad reviews. In fact told me to go ahead and complain online. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

A lot of bad reviews here but my experience was good

Fraudulent!
Horrible customer service.
I bought three pairs and always am the same size. (35-36)
But one pair came back much smaller than what it should be. Their feedback on this is that the Havaianas factory routinely changes the templates and that one should allow for a 1cm short fall!!!
Now they refuse to refund. Offered me a £5 voucher to buy another pair that may or may not fit!
Beware everyone- your size is not guaranteed and mine was a whole size smaller! The ‘Sale’ must be all these size rejects they want to get rid off.
Worst customer service.
